Pacific Blast Supply zirconia resin fiber discs feature self-sharpening zirconia grains electrostatically bonded to heavy-duty vulcanized fiber backing with heat-resistant phenolic resin. Built to withstand heat, glazing, and loading while delivering superior performance on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood, fiberglass, plastics, and composites.
Zirconia grains outperform aluminum oxide under high heat and pressure, providing faster stock removal and longer disc life. The strong fiber backing transfers pressure efficiently to the workpiece for maximum cutting efficiency.
Compatible with all right-angle grinders. Available in 36–100 grit range
